Maids. Some of us have them , some of us dont.

Anyways, i saw someone post up on facebook how frustrated

she was with her maid and how she wish she could sack her 'fucking useless maid'.

Of course i dont know the exact details of her situation but

its supposedly because of her not packing her breakfast right.

Something like , not packing enough fruits into the Tupperware.

Then a friend of hers comments:

Next time, command her to do something instead of asking.

Like 'make me a sandwich now'.

I dunno about you but this made me feel just a little disappointed.

I guess firstly on how dependent we are on our maids.

Especially if youve had one since

your younger days and theres lots of things taken care of for you.

But thing is when you get older, you get used to someone doing things for you.

I guess what im saying is, if your old enough, and she really cant get it right,

and she is pissing you off so much, good gracious woman, do it yourself.

Secondly on how we treat maids.

Of course there are extreme cases like abuse and whatnot.

But we should all remember that even if they are maids,

they are just people and they are trying to do their job.

Maybe they aren't that bright cos they are unfortunately, uneducated,

but still,we need to respect them don't we.

Besides im sure if your patient enough to ask nicely instead, one would

be more willingly get to the task.

My neighbour, has this granny who constantly screams and shouts at her maid.

So much so i hear clearly even from upstairs.

It really bothers me and i dont know why.

I just feel bad for the maids who are trying to do their job,

and how we depend on them a little too much.

Besides, when you grow up and move out,

you have to depend on yourself to do all those things anyways.
